Anatomy and physiology
Introduction to Yoga anatomy and physiology
In this module, doctor and yoga researcher Tiril Elstad will share yoga anatomy and physiology. We explore general movement and what it is - and the various joints in the body. We will also look at "red flags" for what to avoid for a safe practice - both as a practitioner but also as a yoga teacher. There will be a lot of theory, but also practical exercises, quizzes and joint practice. Please write down if you have any questions - there will be a separate round of questions together. As a participant, you get a 20% discount on 1:1 consultations with Tiril (at the Balderklinikken - use code word YogaMedisin at reception).
