For deg som er yogalærer kan dette sertifiseringsprogrammet bidra til hvordan du kan legge til rette for individuell oppfølging, men også hvis du ønsker å tilby yoga som arena for grupper med utfordringer som nevnt ovenfor.

Modulen gir innsikt i:

-Mage-tarmkanalens anatomi og fysiologi
-Hvordan tarmens mikrobiom påvirker betennelser, immunsystemet, hormonene og nervesystemet  
-Vagusnervens funksjoner og hvordan den kan styrkes 
-Sammenhengen mellom livsstil og kosthold og vanlige plager som allergier, intoleranse, irritabel tarm og betennelsestilstander
-Hvordan yoga kan stimulere fordøyelsesorganer, balansere nervesystemet og bedre hormonbalansen
-Kostholdsambefalinger tilpasset ulike kroppstyper og behov
