In Medical Yoga, modern science meets traditional wisdom. Medisinsk Yoga Norge is today in dialogue with research environments where we are investigating opportunities to research on  the effect of our yoga programs. 

We are also interested in entering into dialogue with master's students and PhD scholars who wish to carry out studies in yoga.

There are a number of research studies today that show good results from doing yoga.
