Medical Yoga

Pregnant/maternity

Several international studies show that yoga training during pregnancy leads to less pain before, during and after birth. Learning to breathe correctly, being aware of which positions are appropriate for the body is important.

Medical Yoga Pregnant balances and supports the hormonal system so that the pregnant body gets full support to be able to carry out its mission in the best possible way. In Medical Yoga Gravid you learn how to strengthen both mother and child during pregnancy and during birth. You will also learn how both mother and child get the best out of the maternity period.

The education is also suitable for trainers, therapists, doulas, midwives or others who have a special interest in pregnancy, birth and women's health.

Medical Yoga Pregnant/maternity training is perfect for you who are a yoga teacher and want to teach your own pregnancy yoga courses or adapt your teaching for pregnant women. It is also suitable for you who work with pregnant women on a daily basis, as a therapist, therapist, doula or midwife and want to equip your toolbox with safe and good tools.
